Cleaning estimate requests are reviewed before scheduling is confirmed.
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking until Wayford Works Cleaning accepts and confirms the details.
Prices depend on property size, condition, location, timing, cleaning type, add-ons, access details, and service scope.
Availability is not guaranteed. Coverage depends on schedule and property location.
Customers must provide accurate information so requests can be reviewed correctly. Complicated jobs may require photos or a short walkthrough before the price is finalized.
If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right. If we cannot make it right, you do not pay for the affected service.
SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications from Wayford Works LLC, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include service inquiries, estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, follow-ups, and promotional communications where applicable. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Promotional messages require separate authorization. Our service-request SMS checkbox does not authorize promotional messages.
